Job Title: Global Partnerships Director

Location: UK – Hybrid, Remote Working

Reporting To: CEO

Department: Sales

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Review, refine and prioritise the partnership ecosystem by partner type and location
  • Identify new potential partners within key categories and locations, ensuring minimal partner conflict
  • Establish relationships with senior stakeholders within each partner, as well as potential sponsors/advocates at the operational level
  • Define and present Aibuild’s partnership value proposition, personalised to that specific partner
  • Develop commercial models that maximise the potential of the partner channel (e.g. referrer, reseller etc.)
  • Work closely with Aibuild teams including direct sales, marketing, product, leadership, to ensure that the partner opportunity and common goals are realised

 

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in previous strategic, cross region partnership roles
  • Demonstrable experience in building and executing partnership strategy
  • Demonstrable track record in driving incremental revenue via the partnership channel
  • Understanding and experience of SaaS sales process (previous direct selling background would be an advantage)
  • Background in, or understanding of, additive manufacturing sector; challenges, trends and end-use applications.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and energetic, able to work in a fast-moving start-up environment
