SALES SOLUTION ENGINEER - US

Job Title: Sales Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote Working

Reporting To: Sales Director – US

Department: Sales

Salary: Competitive base plus variable compensation linked to performance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, becoming a super user of our product.
  • Assist the sales team by offering technical support in preparing for and attending calls, client meetings, events, and more.
  • Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries raised during client meetings.
  • Proactively identify client challenges and align them with the capabilities of our product.
  • Create custom toolpaths for client demonstrations and projects.
  • Support client and partner training and onboarding, both pre and post-contract.
  • Gather client feedback and requests, and collaborate with the product steering group to prioritize and shape our roadmap.
  • Liaise with our engineering team to manage and prioritize our integration pipeline.

Experience/Requirements

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and energetic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

SENIOR DevOps ENGINEER // AiSync TEAM

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps and MLOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AWS infrastructure for software deployment and managing different environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and implementing DevOps and MLOps processes that will enable our team to deliver software with speed, efficiency, and reliability.

As a Senior DevOps and MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire infrastructure of the product, including designing, implementing, and maintaining the necessary systems and services. You will collaborate with the development team to ensure that the infrastructure supports the product’s requirements and can scale effectively.

In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the ideal candidate must also be compliant with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) regulations.

Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AWS infrastructure to support software deployment and manage different environments.
  • Define and implement DevOps and MLOps processes to optimize software delivery and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and solve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Automate manual processes, including testing and deployment.
  • Ensure data management processes are in place to support data requirements.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and work towards their resolution.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and take proactive steps to improve it.
  • Maintain and improve infrastructure security.

Requirements

  • US Citizen and US based, compliant with ITAR regulations
  • At least three years of experience managing complex pipelines, preferably in AWS.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures in particular linked to common infrastructure problems
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER // Geometry TEAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work as a full stack software engineer and have experience in gaming, computer graphics or geometry-related industries. In this role, you will be working together with the engineers of the Geometry
Team who develop geometric algorithms in order to bring new geometric features into the platform.

You will be responsible for handling the backend and frontend implementation of the new geometric features, as well as ensuring the high quality of the code that goes into the repository.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring new geometric features into the product by working on both the backend and frontend part of the application.
  • Take ownership of the geometry-related aspects of the frontend of the application.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Apply refactorings in the codebase by following best practices and standards.

CREATIVE ENGINEER // Design TEAM - UK

We are looking for a talented Creative Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree in Architecture / Design, experience in 3D printing, 3D modelling. The Engineer will be responsible for delivering 3D assets to be used in AiSync and doing large scale 3D printing using 6-axis robotic arms at the AiLab. Skills in graphic design and video editing are preferred to contribute to the projects in the Design Team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders for design solutions.
  • Deliver 3D models for the software requirements.
  • Deliver 3D prints using robotic arms.
  • Contribute the tasks of the Design Team, including creating vector diagrams and doing video editing.
Qualifications:
  • 3d printing / robotic arm experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your modelling and design skills.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper (visual programming), Maya
  • Experience in Adobe tools: InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills and attention to details.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, architecture).

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: London Office (Leyton) and Remote Working. Typically, 1day a week in the office

Reporting To: Customer Success Director

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for onboarding of new customers. This will include ensuring necessary departments within Ai Build are aware of actions that need to be taken. Training the customer on the software. Supporting them with weekly catch-up calls during the 1 st few months of using software.
  • Proactively identifying client challenges and mapping them to product capability.
  • Creating custom toolpaths for client demonstrations and projects.
  • Providing client feedback and requests to the custom success manager, helping prioritise and shape our roadmap.
  • Liaison with our engineering team in the management and prioritisation of our integration pipeline.
  • Cross skill training will be provided to allow cover for presales technical support. This will cover preparing custom demos for customers, addressing technical questions raised by clients during calls, and general support of the sales team. This is expected to be 10% of the total role.
Experience/Requirements
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and energetic, able to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Focused, detail orientated, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator both internally and customer facing.
  • Previous experience in onboarding customers onto software preferred.
